Yes — we deliver to most countries worldwide (excluding Russia).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Please note that for international orders, import duties and taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis. Because these tees are made to order, we only produce exactly what's needed — more of the sizes and designs you want, no excess stock, no waste.
Payment is taken at the point of ordering. Once the pre-order window closes, your order goes straight into production. Production takes around 4 weeks, and we aim to ship to you within 5 weeks of your order.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a dispatch notification when your tee is on its way. In the unlikely event of any delay, we'll let you know by email straight away.

For standard orders, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). For pre-order items, please see our pre-order information above.
UK Standard Delivery: £4.95 — Usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days.
Europe: £12.95 — Usually arrives within 4 to 7 working days.
USA: £17.95 — Usually arrives within 7 to 10 working days.
Rest of World: £19.95 — Usually arrives within 10 to 14 working days.
All orders are sent using tracked delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods such as holidays or new collection launches.

As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.

However, if there’s a fault with your garment or something isn’t quite right, please email us at hello@dadanddolly.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
As a small business, we’re unable to cover return postage costs at this time.

Please check the care label inside your garment for detailed instructions. In general, we recommend:
Washing inside out at 30°C with similar colours
Avoiding tumble drying where possible
Reshaping while damp and air drying flat
Ironing on a low setting if needed
Taking gentle care helps your pieces last longer.

All Dad & Dolly pieces are designed in London and made in the UK by small, trusted makers we know personally, using responsibly sourced materials.
Each run is made in limited quantities to reduce waste.

Every item is made in small batches, using responsible materials, recyclable packaging, and local production wherever possible.
Our aim is to make pieces that last — and to tread lightly while doing it.

For every T-shirt sold, we donate £2, and for every pair of socks, £1, to Alzheimer’s Research UK — helping fund vital work to understand, prevent and treat dementia.
As we grow, we hope to expand our giving to other causes close to our hearts, including those that support intergenerational connection and the bond between people and their pets.
