We deliver worldwide (with the exception of Russia) using Royal Mail Tracked and eco-friendly packaging. All orders are packed with care in London and shipped using tracked delivery.
Shipping prices cover postage, packaging, and tracking.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day.

VAT & Import Duties
All prices on our website include UK VAT.
We ship worldwide on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, you may be asked to pay local sales tax, customs, or import duties once your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if local customs authorities apply additional charges or delay delivery.

We hope you’ll love your Dad & Dolly pieces as much as we do. Each item is made with care by our trusted British makers, in limited runs designed to last.
Because we’re a small business, we encourage you to check our detailed sizing information carefully before ordering - it helps reduce waste, cost, and unnecessary shipping.
We check every order before it is dispatched. However, if there is a fault in your garment or something isn’t quite right, please get in touch with us at hello@dadanddolly.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll always do our best to help if there’s a problem.
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging. However, as a small business that’s just starting out, we’re unable to cover return postage costs.
